Role
Within our Clermont Holdings division, and as part of Clermont’s internal consulting team, you will be a business professional to one or more of our operating companies, with a mandate to achieve business outcomes and drive operating change. The role combines elements of strategy and operations, involving close collaboration with management to ensure effective execution. High performing associates will be trained for future leadership within the relevant industry track.
Responsibilities- Partner with the management teams to evaluate business performance, develop and refine strategy, assess value creation levers, and monitor the competitive landscape of our operating companies
- Drive day-to-day execution of strategic initiatives within the operating companies, acting as a “change agent” to ensure business goals and outcomes are achieved
