Kennedys is looking for an Associate or Senior Associate with 1-5 years' experience in insurance or dispute resolution to join our Singapore office. The Insurance, Reinsurance & Cyber team handles a combination of advisory and contentious work (arbitrations) in relation to some of the largest insurance and reinsurance matters in Asia-Pacific, the Middle East and Africa. The successful candidate will gain experience of advising insurance and reinsurance sector clients on coverage matters (across the range of insurance risks underwritten in the APAC region including, but not limiting to, financial lines, directors and offices, professional indemnity, crime/BBB, cyber policies); be involved in monitoring complex commercial disputes and managing cyber incident responses.
