Associate / Senior Associate (VA597)

Experience: 3-5 years PQE. Commonwealth qualified Law with strong experience of US Capital Markets and Private M&A.

We are looking to recruit an ambitious and personable associate specialising in Corporate Law into our prestigious Corporate team in Singapore.

This role will focus on offshore corporate, investment funds and finance transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, secured and unsecured financing arrangements, preference share issues, IPOs and capital markets transactions, etc.

Successful applicants will be a qualified lawyer from a commonwealth jurisdiction (such as Singapore, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, or Hong Kong), along with three to five years of post‑qualification experience, and a solid foundation in corporate law. Experience in US capital markets and private M&A is strongly essential. Proficiency in Mandarin is desirable but not mandatory.
