Associate– Insolvency & Restructuring
We invite applications for the position of Associate within our Insolvency & Restructuring practice. This role is open to fresh graduates and individuals with up to 1 year of relevant experience in accounting, audit, or insolvency.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in insolvency and restructuring engagements under the guidance of senior team members.
- Prepare documentation for conflict checks and case initiation.
- Liaise with clients to obtain necessary information and records.
- Review past transactions and support investigations into underlying causes of insolvency.
- Support communication with stakeholders including directors, shareholders, debtors, creditors, and government agencies.
- Assist in asset recovery activities.
- Develop a working knowledge of prevailing insolvency laws and regulatory frameworks.
