Role
As the Content and Campaigns Associate , you are the hands‑on operator of Klook’s Social Engine. You will use AI‑powered workflows to ensure everything that ships meets Klook’s creative and brand standards.
What You’ll Do
Content Engine Operations
- Social listening and intelligence: flag trends that are relevant to Klook’s audience and markets, and elevate high‑potential signals.
- Review asset briefs (graphics, captions, short‑form copy) for brand fit and consistency, and platform fit before they go live.
- Execute campaign localisation workflows: adapt global campaign assets for specific markets, ensuring tone, references, and visual language land correctly across markets.
- Maintain the social content dashboard – ensure data is accurate, up to date, and surfacing the right metrics for all teams to act on.
