Key Responsibilities: 1. Category Strategy Development o Coordinate with Frontline Sales team and product team to catch up with latest market requests. o Define and implement category strategies aligned with company goals. o Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to identify trends and opportunities. 2. Supplier Management o Supplier matrixes build up. o Develop strong relationships with key suppliers. o Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve cost savings and mitigate risks. 3. Cost Optimization & Value Creation o Identify cost reduction opportunities and drive team to implement. o Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the category. 4.
