Key Responsibilities
Program Delivery & Execution
- Lead the end-to-end execution of innovation and accelerator programs, ensuring delivery against timelines, milestones, KPIs, and client expectations.
- Drive program planning, governance, risk management, and operational excellence across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Monitor program performance and implement corrective actions to ensure successful outcomes.
Corporate & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for corporate partners, startups, mentors, investors, and ecosystem stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with clients and ensure a high-quality stakeholder experience throughout the program lifecycle.
- Facilitate regular reviews, governance meetings, and progress updates with internal and external stakeholders.
