Job Description
**What you will do**
The Associate Supply Planning Manager (Onsite) is responsible for ensuring the quality and execution of the supply plan for the Arlington, TN site. This role plays a key part in aligning supply with demand, improving planning processes, and supporting operational performance through effective capacity planning and cross-functional collaboration. This individual will partner closely with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Finance, Customer Service, and IBP to deliver a high-quality, integrated supply plan across the franchise.

+ Own and ensure the execution and quality of the site supply plan, balancing supply with demand requirements
+ Support site operations by participating in daily Tier meetings, providing insights and escalating risks as needed
