Group Operations enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, people capability and innovation. In Group Operations, we manage the majority of the Bank’s operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through multiple banking delivery channels.
Responsibilities- Ensure day-to-day Corp loan transactions are promptly & accurately recons within stipulated Service Level Agreement including handing of enquiries from Business Units/Team members.
- Ensure all reconciliation steps and tasks assigned are carried out in accordance with the operating and compliance procedures.
- Work closely within/across teams, Business Units and other stakeholders on the daily transactions.
- Support Team Manager on projects/initiatives.
