Job Description

Overview

  • Review and analyze the completeness of practitioner applications
  • Conduct interviews and activation calls to onboard all prospective candidates
  • Nurture applicants through our recruitment process via email, phone calls, sms chats

    • Responsibilities

  • Full communication to applicants in onboarding process
  • Vet and approve documents including but not limited to; resumes, practitioner licenses/certifications, liability insurance, supply kits, and any other requested documentation.
  • Complete all relevant paperwork with candidates who meet the expectations outlined
  • Assist with other recruitment and therapist engagement related projects

    • Qualifications

  • At least 6 months of relevant experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
