Job Description
We hire individuals for the Associate position who have two to four years work experience, typically from a leading investment bank or consulting firm. Associates at Birch Hill participate in all aspects of the investment process, including deal sourcing, due diligence, business analysis, deal execution, and ongoing portfolio company support. We generally hire one to two Associates per year.
The Associate program lasts three years with the opportunity for promotion to either a VP Investment or VP Portfolio role. The VP Investment role is focused on evaluating investment opportunities, executing transactions and ongoing portfolio company support. This role is targeted at associates who want to continue to build their investment career.
