Job Description
What You Will Do
Lead plant project planning and governance for Liquid Cooling programs (scope, milestones, deliverables, resources, risks/issues, cost tracking) and drive cross-functional execution to meet customer and business commitments. Drive NPI/industrialization in the plant, including process flow definition, PFMEA/Control Plan readiness, work instruction release, line balancing/UPH validation, and readiness reviews for pilot and MP. Own factory readiness and ramp plans (manpower, training/certification, materials, equipment, tooling/fixtures, test capability, packaging, SAP/MES readiness), and close gaps via action tracking. Coordinate facilities and line infrastructure projects (layout, utilities such as DI water/air/N2, ESD, cleanroom requirements, safety & environmental controls), including contractor management and site acceptance.
