Transaction Services / Financial Due Diligence professionals (Associate – Manager level) currently in Spain — interested in connecting with profiles from Big 4 Deals / TS environments.
About the Role
The opportunity involves exposure to both buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions, working with Private Equity funds and corporate clients across a broad range of sectors including Infrastructure, Energy, Software, Industrials, Consumer and Healthcare.
Responsibilities
- QoE / EBITDA / Working Capital / Net Debt analysis
- Red-flag and full-scope DD reports
- SPA and closing mechanism support
- Direct client and investor interaction
Qualifications
- 2–8+ years of Transaction Services / Deals Advisory / FDD experience
Required Skills
- Strong accounting and financial analysis background
- Fluent English (Spanish advantageous)
