(What the role is) You will support MAS' organisation-wide transformation efforts by working closely with stakeholders to track initiatives, synthesise insights, and support implementation and follow-through. This role offers exposure to a range of transformation work, including governance, reporting, and engagement. (What you will be working on) Your key responsibilities will include: Collecting and consolidating information on ongoing transformation initiatives to support organisation-level reporting and alignment with Whole-of-Government priorities.
Cleaning and analysing transformation data collected to derive meaningful insights.
Preparing materials for management updates, including organising and presenting data and analysis for reporting and discussion.
Building relationships and coordinating with stakeholders (e.g. product teams, policy owners and implementation departments) to understand needs and gather ground feedback.
