Publish job openings on various advertisement platforms and job portals, and track application data using spreadsheets. Conduct candidate interviews, perform evaluations, handle background checks, negotiate salaries, and extend offers to selected candidates. Organize recruitment activities and events to attract top talent. Manage the complete employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring all records are accurately updated in the HRIS system.
