PrimePartners Corporate Finance is a leading boutique corporate finance firm providing financial advisory, capital‑raising, M&A and sponsorship services. We have completed over 70 listings on the Singapore Exchange and over 270 advisory engagements. With a strong deal pipeline, we are looking for motivated and experienced professionals to join our corporate finance teams.
As part of our Corporate Finance team, the responsibilities will include:- Pro‑actively manage day‑to‑day execution for advisory and capital‑raising deal.
- Project management due diligence with auditors, lawyers and other professionals.
- Manage communications and expectations between clients, professionals and regulators.
- Manage workflow with associates and assist in deal origination.
- Perform in‑depth financial analysis and develop valuation models.
