Shift: Rotational (aligned to Air Canada operations)
What You‘ll Do:
✅ Support airport roster planning and workforce scheduling
✅ Coordinate staffing coverage and relief assignments
✅ Manage attendance exceptions, sick calls, and backfill actions
✅ Track overtime, undertime, and workforce compliance
✅ Prepare operational reports and staffing updates
✅ Handle inbound and outbound operational calls in a time-sensitive environment
