Job Description
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in costing, commercial, program management, or EMS manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of BOM, RFQ, NRE, tooling, and product costing structure.
- Proficient in Excel and data analysis for cost modeling and reporting.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills (internal & customers).
- Willing to work in Senai, Johor.

- Lead and manage the costing & commercial team in supporting quotation, pricing strategy, and program profitability.
- Develop and maintain product costing models including BOM, labor, overhead, tooling, and NRE.
