We are seeking an Asst Director to oversee financial operations in the Financial Accounting/Planning team. The incumbent will be responsible for cost management, project evaluations, revenue optimisation, and pricing strategies to ensure financial sustainability and operational efficiency across hospital services.
Responsibilities- Cost Management
- Monitor and identify cost improvement opportunities
- Review cost data with Department Heads to enhance performance
- Analyse profitability by discipline and DRGs
- New Project and Capital Evaluations
- Develop financial planning checklists and project control measures
- Monitor cash management and provide investment recommendations
