Job Summary The Assistant Director of Pathology Operations oversees pathology operations at TTSH, reporting to COO and Clinical HOD. This role drives operational efficiency, leads the centralisation of Anatomic Pathology services across NHG cluster, and implements patient-centric initiatives through strategic planning and inter-institutional collaboration to deliver better patient care. - Support NHG Cluster to develop and implement, a comprehensive, sustainable business model for NHG AP – to centralise, harmonise, and consolidate resources and casemix at the cluster level – to improve oversight, enhance quality control and quality assurance measures, strengthen clinical collaborations for clinical excellence, and development of sub-specialty clinical expertise.
