Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Payroll Processing:
- Manage end-to-end payroll for factory workers and staff (monthly/weekly/daily based on shift).
- Collect, verify, and process attendance, overtime, leaves, incentives, and other earnings.
- Ensure timely salary disbursement through appropriate bank channels.
2. Compliance & Statutory Requirements:
