What the role is:
The job holder is responsible for operationalizing levy criteria, guidelines and regulatory processes to achieve policy and service objectives.
What you will be working on:- To plan and implement workflows and processes, with the use of relevant data and technology, to support the administration of levy-related policies and support schemes to meet policy objectives, e.g. do requirements gathering, system testing
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to review and recommend enhancements to policies, operational processes and customer communications for improved efficiency and service delivery
- Identify process gaps through data analysis, propose system enhancements to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency and work with stakeholders and vendors to implement system enhancements
