misappropriation; 6. The control of access to premises being protected; 7. Crowd control in public areas; 8. Investigate and take the appropriate lawfully action as authorized by Security Pros on accidents, incidents, trespassing, suspicious activities, safety, and fire; 9. Neutralize situations calmly with tact and common sense.
