Responsibilities
- Own the program-wide framework for assurance, risk, and internal controls, aligned with ABB policies, regulatory requirements, and internal governance standards, including the ARIC Handbook.
- Lead the IC SMEs team to deliver the future‑state internal control and GRC design for SAP S/4HANA, including manual and automated controls.
- Coordinate and align IT, business area and process internal controls & compliance leads, ensuring consistent implementation of controls, roles, and access governance across ABB.
- Act as the primary interface to Internal Audit, external auditors, and corporate assurance functions, supporting audit readiness, stage‑gate decisions, and timely remediation of findings.
