You will be responsible for managing audit, review, and compilation engagements from planning to review. Your role also includes guiding the Assurance team and conducting performance evaluations to ensure continued development and success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full lifecycle of audit engagements
• Review compliance with firm standards
• Communicate regularly with clients
• Identify risks and opportunities for clients
• Coach staff and conduct performance evaluations
Requirements:
• 9+ years in public accounting required
• Minimum 4 years of management experience
