Key Responsibilities- Conduct learning needs analyses to identify existing skill gaps and develop strategies to foster workforce competency development.
- Recommend appropriate internal or external learning methods, tools, and programs to facilitate skill growth within the organization.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and site training representatives to create, review, and effectively deploy training solutions.
- Develop, revise, and enhance course materials utilizing effective instructional design principles.
- Deliver and facilitate classroom or alternative training sessions that empower learners and build capabilities.
- Design learning programs that focus on strengthening AI competencies and upskilling learners for future readiness.
