- Provide 24/7 (shift pattern) Operational Provision of Air Traffic Control assistance within assigned areas of responsibility ensuring a safe, orderly, and expeditious air traffic service.
- Educated to Diploma level or equivalent.
- ICAO level 4 or higher in written and spoken English.
- Computer literate.
- At least 2 years of aviation experience as an Air Traffic Controller, an Air Traffic Controller Assistant, Briefing Services, or any other relevant aviation related job.
- Good understanding of ATM systems is an advantage.
- Strong work ethic.
- Good time management.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Good teamwork.
- Maintains effective performance under pressure.
