The Engineer will characterize and develop cost‑effective manufacturing test solutions for Qualcomm’s leading‑edge SoC products using advanced processes and automated test equipment (ATE). Responsibilities include developing test plans, test hardware requirements, and ATE routines/programs to execute those plans; driving first‑silicon debugging of external foundry designs; performing technical data analysis of parametric performance; driving failure analysis to completion; analyzing high‑volume manufacturing yields; and reducing overall test time.
