Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Developing meaningful practice plans that will keep the student‑athletes active during the entire practice.
- Being available for practice 6 days per week with some games on Saturdays.
- Coordinating transportation for students to practice/games and from there to home.
- Supervising student‑athletes at all times.
- Assisting the varsity head coach.
- Demonstrating positive characteristics and serving as a role model for the student‑athletes.
- Working with the faculty manager and assistant coach in all necessary capacities.
- Increasing parental involvement in CREC athletics.
