Job Description
1. Drive brand awareness and business growth through ATL media channels including Television, Print, Radio, Outdoor, Digital, and social media.
2. Plan, budget, execute, and optimize ATL campaigns in line with brand objectives and business priorities.
3. Lead TV media planning, buying, scheduling, and performance monitoring to maximize audience reach, TRP/GRP delivery, and media ROI.
4. Ensure integration of all media activities with marketing campaigns and cross-functional initiatives.
5. Work with the Marketing Head to develop and execute effective media strategies and optimize media investments.
6. Analyze target audiences and media consumption patterns to identify the most effective communication channels.
7. Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, including reach, frequency, engagement, and media effectiveness, and provide improvement recommendations.
