Key Responsibilities • Work together with a team of people with diverse skillsets to produce quality applications using Jira Service Desk. • Collaborate with customers, Business Analysts, and cross-functional teams to collect requirements and develop solutions to support the daily needs of a rapidly growing business. • Manage and configure complex Jira workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes, and notification schemes. • Document requirements and solutions, as well as user and support reference guides. • Provide ongoing user support including troubleshooting and resolution of issues. • Research, test, and implement add-ons for Jira and Confluence. Potential for helping to develop custom add-ons. • Develop interfaces between external tooling and Jira/Confluence infrastructure. • Develop specifications and test plans associated with new features or modifications. • Perform other related duties as assigned.
