Major Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Atlassian Platform Specialists, providing technical guidance, prioritization, and professional development.
- Own the strategy, roadmap, governance, and continuous improvement of Jira Service Management and Jira Software.
- Design and oversee complex projects, workflows, screens, custom fields, permissions, SLAs, request types, forms, and service portals.
- Drive platform standardization, best practices, and scalable solutions across multiple business functions.
- Partner with stakeholders across Check Point departments to understand business needs, define requirements, and deliver impactful solutions aligned with organizational goals.
