Job Description
Job purpose:
Support, maintain and extend our Atlassian application suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket).
TASK LIST FOR THE ROLE
- Configuration, maintenance, and administration of Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket)
- Help customers maximize the value of usage of Atlassian software by proposing thoughtful implementation designs that meet customers' business and technical requirements
- Prompt issue resolution with JIRA Projects and Confluence in coordination with other admins, partner teams and Atlassian premier support
- Manage and optimize Jira workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes, and notification schemes, etc.
- Ensuring that the application documentation is complete and up to date.
Formal education :
- University degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, IT or relevant.
