Claim Analyst – Buenos Aires, Argentina
The Claims Analyst supports the resolution of ATM‑related claims arising from discrepancies during the settlement process. The role is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data from multiple sources to determine root cause, financial impact, and liability in accordance with contractual obligations between NCR Atleos and its customers. The candidate demonstrates strong accountability, a commitment to high‑quality outcomes, and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for cost control, process improvement, and strategic insights.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Review ATM receipts, CIT (Cash‑in‑Transit) documentation, and processor data to validate and reconcile claims losses.
