Preamble This role reports to the Technology Services Support Manager and is responsible for administering our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Payroll/Billing system (Avionte). A successful Systems Administrator will exemplify and champion Servantex’s values of providing quality service and recommendations to all associates and clients.
Responsibilities Support ongoing system setup and maintenance. Support end users on support for the ATS and payroll/billing system (Avionte); troubleshoot, research and escalate issues as necessary. Will engage vendor support as need arises through vendor case management tool. Analyze technical issues related to the ATS and payroll/billing system (Avionte), including moderate to complex issues.
