Attendance Compliance Officer – ESO Facilitator
Salary: £33,915 – £39,900 per annum

This role sits within the Attendance Compliance Team and focuses on intensive, well‑documented family support to remove barriers to regular school attendance, including the use of Education Supervision Orders (ESOs).
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the statutory framework underpinning the local authority's role in attendance concerns and experience in building relationships with children, families, schools and partners to identify barriers and develop action plans.
