What You’ll DoDeliver exceptional service and hospitality to all Members and Guests across every area of the Golf Operation
Meet the standards required to pass Marriott audits, including the Marriott Golf Audit and ‘59 Club Mystery Shopper’ assessments
Manage golf reservations, ensuring accurate bookings and correct revenue processing
Support daily shop operations, including merchandising, stock control, and maintaining a clean, organised environment
