Incumbents will serve as an Attorney-Adviser (General) in the Office of Counsel, Defense Logistics Agency, DLA Weapons Support, a Major Subordinate Command, located in Richmond, VA. Position may be filled at: GS-11: $78,009 - $101,417 GS-12: $93,499 - $121,551 GS-13: $111,183 - $144,540 Responsibilities As an Attorney-Adviser (General), you will be responsible for the following duties: If selected at the GS-11 or GS-12 levels, duties will be performed in a developmental capacity. As an Attorney-Advisor (General), under the supervision of the Deputy Chief Counsel for the DLA Office of Counsel - Weapons Support (Richmond), you will provide legal support, advice and counsel on Federal acquisition law. Providing legal and policy advice covering contract formation, review, authority, and delegations, source selection, socioeconomic issues, protests, FOIA, pricing, metrics and incentives, quality assurance and fiscal law.
