Overview
Seeking an experienced attorney to support complex civil litigation and appellate matters. This role partners closely with trial attorneys, provides strategic litigation support, and manages appellate cases from research through briefing and argument preparation. Ideal candidates are strong legal writers, analytical thinkers, and collaborative team members.
Location: Must reside in FL or GA

Responsibilities
- Provide litigation and trial support on insurance defense matters.
- Manage all phases of appellate litigation, including briefs, motions, and filings.
- Attend trials as appellate counsel when needed.
