You will oversee the legal aspects Creditor Right Bankruptcy law , protecting our client creditor rights, providing high-quality counsel, and ensuring the company follows all laws and attorney agreement recommended guidelines. The ideal candidate has an understanding or willingness to learn of bankruptcy and curative plans with a proven track record as a successful Legal Counsel. This is an in office position.
