Corporate Attorney - AM LAW Top 200 Firm - New York, New York - Hybrid
Compensat ion: $175,000 - $260,000 Base
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts
- Advising on corporate governance matters
- Handling general corporate transactions
- Assisting with entity formation and structuring, supporting M&A deals
- Serving as outside general counsel to owner-managed and growth-oriented businesses.
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Experience supporting privately held companies with distribution/consulting agreements, shareholder agreements and business contracts is a must
- Admission to the NY bar required
- 5-15 years of corporate law experience
