Job Description
As an auction administrator, the candidate will be working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful operation of the auction. The candidate must embody the business's core values and uphold our Client Service Standards. The candidate handles a variety of queries in person, on the telephone and via emails as they relate to all transactional aspects of bidding, buying, selling and post-sale activities. This position requires excellent communication and strong problem-solving skills as well as good teamwork.
Responsibilities- Handle internal and external clients’ enquiries across all communication channel (in-person, phone calls and emails) in a timely, accurate and professional manner.
- Provide excellent client services to clients throughout the whole client journey, i.e. from pre-sale to post-sale.
