Overview
The Audio Systems team is looking for a highly motivated Audio Hardware Systems Engineer with deep expertise in MIPI SoundWire and SDCA, and a passion for influencing industry standards through active participation in the MIPI SoundWire Working Group. In this role you will work with a diverse team of HW Systems, Audio Systems, Algorithm, and Software experts to define, architect, and deliver next‑generation audio codecs and SoundWire‑based subsystem solutions for mobile phones, compute platforms, XR, automotive and a wide range of IoT devices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to MIPI SoundWire and SDCA standardization efforts, including active participation in SoundWire Working Group discussions, reviews, and proposals.
- Drive SoundWire and SDCA architecture definition for audio codecs, speaker amplifiers and audio subsystems across Qualcomm platforms.
