This role ensures the accuracy and quality of system design, programming, DSP configuration, documentation, and commissioning while overseeing field team performance and technical staff development. The position blends hands-on technical leadership with team mentorship, project coordination, and quality assurance to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, profitably, and to high industry standards.
