As a Partner Audiologist, you will be entitled to the phantom share program, giving you equity in the clinic and a share in its success.
Desired Qualifications
- Must be a fully licensed Audiologist (CASLPO) and authorized to practice in Ontario.
- Preferably, at least one year of experience (though not mandatory).
- Familiarity with Blueprint Solutions and Otosuite is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with an eagerness to handle business‑related tasks.
- A strategic thinker with a keen interest in expanding business opportunities in the hearing healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct audiological assessments, hearing aid evaluations, fittings, and repairs.
- Provide client‑centred care, counselling, and personalised hearing solutions.
- Perform cerumen management and hearing health screenings.
