The role will manage and execute external audits of multinational legal entities.
Responsibilities Prepare and review Reconciliations Build Audit files Audit preparation Review Annual Financial Statements Audit execution - managing audit process from planning to sign‑off, responding to audit queries, ensuring good relationship with auditors Work with the business and Central Finance to ensure smooth audit of subsequent years: Internal control reviews to ensure readiness for more efficient auditor approaches (Controls audit vs Substantive audit - reduces sample sizes) Proactive Central Finance accounting reviews Ensure continuous compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards Auditor's Reports to Management - ensure that auditors' housekeeping findings are addressed Requirements Qualifications and Work Experience Must have done audit articles 2 Years post-articles experience in audit environment Mu...
