· Bachelor's Degree or Technical/Vocational background in Engineering, Building Maintenance, or related field.
· With at least 3-5 years of experience in building or facilities maintenance supervision.
· Strong knowledge in mechanical, electrical, and civil maintenance systems.
· Good leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
· Proficient in using maintenance management systems (CMMS) and Microsoft Office applications.
Key Responsibilities:
· Supervise and coordinate daily repair and maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime.
· Inspect facilities regularly to identify issues and ensure prompt corrective actions.
