Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
. Manage assurance engagements by defining the auditstrategy in consultation with the director / partner and execute it incompliance with the firm's policies and protocols. When required, you'llpersonally execute complex audit procedures and lead teams or parts of teams onengagements, depending on the size of the engagement.
. Manage projects and engagements profitably by leadingthe team to perform efficiently.
. Monitor the assurance team's progress against the planand alter it when needed.
. Cultivate and manage business developmentopportunities. Generate new business opportunities by understanding theservices provided by our sister concerns and actively assess/present ways toapply knowledge and services.
. Conduct timely performance reviews and provideperformance feedback/on-the-job training and attain experiences that cultivatetechnical competencies.
