The Role

This role as Audit of Tax Senior Manager will provide tax audit support on our largest, high‑profile audits across a range of groups and sectors. It will also involve acting as a tax accounting specialist to our non‑audit clients, assisting with complex provisioning engagements and the tax accounting aspects of GAAP conversions, carve‑out accounting and acquisition accounting. Clients and audited entities include FTSE companies, AIM listed companies, large inbounds and private equity backed businesses.
