Job Description

The Accounting Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with accounting standards and company policies. This role supervises accounting staff, reviews financial records, and supports management in financial planning and decision‑making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of audit or accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and internal controls
• Experience in financial statement audits and operational audits
• Proficiency in audit tools and accounting systems
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
